My first Question!!!

Serotonin! Well that’s the nerdy answer. This is a good question and something I would like to write about more in a future post. There are many things that you can do to boost your serotonin levels. Exercise, carbs (including sugar but they usually include bad side affects), eating protein, avoiding caffeine and alcohol, boosting oxytocin levels (sex, cuddling, playing with a pet…)… these all and more can help give you a more positive and feel good mood. Well, as a short answer. If this is a chronic problem I always recommend that you seek a professional.
